The Service
The services offered by Zimmersuche Berlin are for visitors of Berlin and for people offering
holiday flats, private rooms or the like. It is our aim to bring together both parties on our
homepage. Using our booking system a contract can be concluded only between landlord and guest.
Using the homepage and the booking system is for free for Berlin tourists.
How to book?
1. Choosing an object
• click on „Accommodations“
• choose preferred area or city district
• you can see a list of all at our service registered accommodations offered in this area
• choose one object (click)
• the now visible description of the object contains all necessary information regarding this room, flat, etc.
2. To book an object
Take over the contact directly contact the landlord to do all further clarified by e-mail with your landlord.
Notice:
Zimmersuche Berlin can not guarantee, if or how fast the landlord will confirm your booking. In
case the landlord does not reconfirm at all, your booking will be deleted after 38 hours. In this
case, you will be informed via sms and e-mail.
Can I cancel my booking?
You can cancel your booking. In this case you need to contact your landlord and to pay a
cancellation fee, because he/ she might have lost potential guests through to you blocking the
room / flat. The statutory provisions of German law define the terms and conditions of those fees.
In case of you not arriving at all or leaving earlier the same regulations apply.
Prices and payment regulations?
The prices are made by the landlords, not by Zimmersuche Berlin. The room charge needs to be
paid directly to the landlord.
Refusal of your booking by the landlord?
If the landlord does not keep his assignment calendar up to date, it is possible that your booking
is refused. In this case, Zimmersuche Berlin is not responsible. You can see the last day of
updating in the assignment calendar of the respective object. The landlord alone is responsible
for the update, to make sure that bookings not coming through this homepage or personal
requirements can be considered.
